House of Forgings Return Policy

Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the time the material was shipped. All customers must call House of Forgings to approve the return and then obtain the necessary Return Authorization Form. The customer is responsible for shipping the material back to our Houston distribution center at 353 Greens Landing Drive, Houston, TX 77038.

We will charge a 30% restocking fee and credit the customer for only the material that is in resalable like new condition (no scratches, cuts, dents bent or altered material will be issued a credit).

We require all damaged material to be reported immediately upon receipt from either the freight carrier or shipping provider. Customers must mark the Bill of Lading and send us photos of specified damage to receive replacement items.

If the customer chooses to use their own shipping carrier, they will be responsible to file damage claims with that shipping carrier and we will take no responsibility for any damage.
